Welcome to the Complaints Channel of the FERO Foundation.
Our mission is to promote transparency, integrity, and accountability in all our activities. For this reason, we make available to all stakeholders a Whistleblower Channel designed to detect irregular practices within our organization and opportunities for improvement in our internal operations.
This is a secure and confidential space where reports related to inappropriate, illegal, irregular conduct, as well as fraud or any other activity that violates our ethical principles, can be expressed.
This service is available to employees, volunteers, donors, individuals associated with Accredited NGOs, suppliers, and anyone who wishes to use it. To ensure proper follow-up, we request contact information from the whistleblower, although they have the option to decide whether to provide it. It is also possible, through a form, to submit reports anonymously.
It is important to note that this channel is not intended to receive reports about irregular conduct from other entities but only those related to the FERO Foundation.
It is also not a channel intended to collect suggestions, comments, or inquiries about our activity. For such cases, we invite you to use the contact information available on our website.
